“I love this KFC because the food is always hot, fresh, and actually has taste. The staff has always been very nice to me and while it does take a while for the food to be ready (they are making the food right there and then) it is worth the wait. I'm very picky about my food so if the food is good it's worth the drive for me.“

“We are 4 hours from home for travel softball. We wanted to eat there and scrambled to inside the mall 5 mins before close to be the actual last customer. I said I’m not even sure what to order here. Obviously chicken. Lol. The dude was super nice. Explained answers to any question I had about any menu item with absolutely ZERO attitude. You don’t get that anymore usually. “I had an amazing experience at KFC thanks to Melissa! I placed a large order with only about an hour’s notice, and she handled everything flawlessly. Not only was the order ready on time, but everything was organized, fresh, and exactly as requested.
Melissa was incredibly professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the whole process. It’s not easy to pull together a big order on short notice, but she made it look effortless. Her attention to detail and commitment to great service really stood out.
