“We brought a football team to the Cross Lanes location on a Sunday after church and we had a wonderful experience! I called at 11am to place the dine in order and when we got there around 12:30, they had plates and enough pizzas to get us started, cups, and a bucket of ice already prepped for us. They went above and beyond for us and we will be bringing the team again soon!“

“We stopped in the area for a one night stay. We got up searched Breakfast. And I was off to get breakfast and bring it back. The place was hopping. They were very busy. But everything was moving smoothly and quickly. This is a very local place because the servers knew most everyone by name which is a good sign to me that customers regularly visit. The menu has a lot of options. I particularly liked the protein bowls. Everything was delicious and hot. It made for a great meal on the outside patio next to the river at the hotel.“

“We are 4 hours from home for travel softball. We wanted to eat there and scrambled to inside the mall 5 mins before close to be the actual last customer. I said I’m not even sure what to order here. Obviously chicken. Lol. The dude was super nice. Explained answers to any question I had about any menu item with absolutely ZERO attitude. You don’t get that anymore usually. If I coulda tipped him I would have. 5/5 ⭐️ 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼“

“Me and my boyfriend just came to get They’re never-ending pasta and we could not have an imagine the amazing service we had from Braddock. He was extremely sweet, fast at service and polite. I highly recommend coming to this location, I know we will definitely be back!“

“I’ve been going into this location for several months in the morning. The young man with the salt and pepper hair is always so polite and nice. He makes my whole experience so much better. He remembers what I buy every morning and has it ready and waiting for me. Great customer service from this young man! I’ve had previous experiences at this location that were not so nice and stopped going for a long time. He makes my day a bit brighter. Kudos for such a pleasant person Cold Spot!“
