“Located conveniently across from PHS High School, The Pizza Place offers a convenient option for locals and visitors alike. However, my recent experience left much to be desired. The parking lot is small and tight, which can be challenging during busy times.Upon entering, my family and I found ourselves in what appeared to be a line, only to be ignored by the staff who seemed preoccupied with their own conversations. Despite patiently waiting, we were never greeted or acknowledged until someone after me took the initiative to step forward with money in hand.Once we finally placed our order, we were informed that our plain cheese pizza would take some time as it was fresh from the oven. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, we noticed others receiving their orders promptly while ours remained unannounced.Frustrated, I approached the counter only to be met with confusion as they claimed to have no record of our order. Despite this, they handed us the pizzas we had requested earlier.Unfortunately, the experience didn't improve upon tasting the pizza. While the flavor was reminiscent of what I remembered, the pizzas were disappointingly mid and cold. Additionally, the lack of customer service was glaring, with the staff appearing too busy and disinterested to attend to patrons.Do, overall, my family and I left The Pizza Place feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return. Despite the convenience of its location, the subpar service and quality of food make it a regrettable choice. In hindsight, we wish we had followed our instincts and opted for the one in the mall instead.Parking: It's a small lot. Right at corner of stop light making it difficult to get in or out.“
“Tried this place for dinner during a work trip. The pizza was good. Staff was fast and friendly. Dining area was clean. Reminds me of an old-school cafeteria-style restaurant. “We visited on Taco Tuesday and both got tacos. One of us had carne asada tacos and the other pork tacos. The tacos were very good, but I didn’t have anything else to compare with. The pork taco flavor was so good that I didn’t use hot sauce.The food was served so quickly that we didn’t eat chips and salsa until we finished our meal. The salsa was a mild salsa.I would definitely go there again.“
“I love chicfila! I am here almost everyday and my order is always correct and I’m always greeted by a team member with a smile. They literally make my day sometimes! And the FEW times my order has been confused, to my fault too- they’ve completely replaced my meal. Best fast food service in our area and they also have a nice dine in area with a children’s play place. I hope if they expand in our area the other stores are ran like this one!“
“Service was very good, staff friendly and server was excellent. Food was great, the ribs were the best I have had in this area and almost as good as Central BBQ in Memphis. All the food was excellent and looking forward to going back to try different items. Atmosphere was great except for one woman at the bar who found it necessary to laugh and yell as loud as she could the entire time we were there. Seems that maybe she was over served and if not for her it would have been 5 stars for atmosphere. Highly recommend going.“
“I can't say enough about this restaurant. Everyone tries to knock off their chicken sandwich but no one can even get close. Standard fried chicken sandwich can't be bra but you can't go wrong with the grilled or the morning egg white grilled. To expand on their greatness they came up with the frosted coffee. I'm hooked.“
“Each Napolis pizza is owned by the same people and the food is therefore the same. But I’ve noticed that it’s actually a bit different at each location. Call it a chef’s choice. All in all it’s a decent restaurant with a great selection on the menu. The service is different from store to store but that is to be expected. The location in Vienna is convenient but with limited parking. I found this store to be very nice and the staff friendly. Always asking would you like or can I get you, we have a special, etc. The location in Belpre is of course a real dine in restaurant so no need to compare the two or any other. I have not ordered for delivery because I’m located within 1-2 miles so I always do takeout. It’s very fast and fresh and honestly have never had anything wrong with my order. It’s par for the course and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys Napolis pizzas and subs. If you’re courteous and respectful and realize how hard these guys work you get the same back. I’ve never had a problem. Why 4 stars, its not the best in town. That said its still offers a wide variety of delicious food and at competitive price. Thanks for all your years of service Napolis I will continue to spend my money there.“
“So it was my birthday and they offered me a free dessert. I got the cinnamon roll and it would have been awesome if it were warmed up. So I had to eat it at the house.Parking: They have a big side lot for parking and also parking in the front.Kid-friendliness: It is a kid friendly place. But keep your kids on a leash. Just kidding. Let your well behaved, and manner using kids in there.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking with wheelchair accessibility’s.“

The gal named Gabby at the window was very patient as we had never had breakfast at Panera before.We ordered…A vanilla & Carmel LatteThe Vanilla & was nice and hot but didn’t burn my lips. The flavor was fantastic.The Cinnamon Crunch LatteTemp was also perfect for drinking and didn’t have to wait for it to cool off.We split a breakfast sandwich called Chipotle Chicken Egg & Avocado on Chibata bread.LET ME TELL YOU this sandwich rocked my socks! The Chibata was crunchy and flavorful and soft. It was easy to eat. The food stayed inside the bread so it was easy to eat while driving.The service from Gabby was perfection. She offered to give our three pups a pup cup to which they promptly devoured and enjoyed thoroughly.Her uniform was clean and her hair was pulled back and covered with a clean hat.Gabby was friendly and knowledgeable.MAY I SAY AGAIN THERE IS A DRIVE THRU.To have a drive thru and get restaurant quality fast food is convenient and pleasurable.What a nice change from your topical drive thru experience.Bring your mom Dad bf gf buddy or kid you’ll thank me later. “I stopped coming here years ago, the place seemed to have gone way down hill. My husband and I decided to give it another go. I'm glad we did. I will definitely be returning. The waitress was absolutely outstanding! The food was much better as well.“
