The staff was very caring and nice, and one staff member immediately offered a Mediterranean sandwich without cheese for a vegan option. However, the building looks like it needs a good cleaning, especially the ceilings. Some guests have noted that the butter for toasted bagels could be softer and desserts, like the cinnamon roll, would be better warmed up. The chocolate chip cookie was a little stale and the fountain Pepsi tasted off.
