This facility is understaffed the few employees that aren't taking smoke breaks while the drive thru is backed up and customers on the inside are waiting are doing their best corporate needs to step in and fix this facility. I would go to the other facility but was disrespected and was expected to take cold food after the employee asked the customers how long of a wait it would be for biscuits.
I went inside to place an order. They never came to the counter. After 5 minutes, I left.

KFC is a popular spot that serves good food. This is old school fast food, lol. The food is made right and is always hot, fresh, and actually has taste. The staff has always been very nice, and while it does take a while for the food to be ready, it is worth the wait. They put effort into making the seating area pleasant. The restaurant is clean and well-organized. Customers can expect their orders to be hot and fresh. Overall, KFC is a reliable option for a quick bite.
