This is the second year I’ve gotten my child’s birthday cake from Sugar Pie, and they did not disappoint. They were so easy to work with, understanding and just kind. The cake was out of this world, and the way it made my child’s face light up was priceless. Very fairly priced, the taste is impeccable and it’s just a beautiful cake (again)
I placed a personalized cookie order for graduation. I emailed them with a picture and specifics of what I wanted. They went above and beyond to keep in contact with me about any questions. The cookies were spot on and absolutely delicious!!! We got so many compliments! They may be considered pricy compared to other places, but considering time, quality, and detail put into their food I would definitely choose them again.

I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. It was beautiful and delicious but I was disappointed that they didn't get happy birthday on the cake with my daughters name. I specifically asked for that at least twice in email. The whole email ordering process did not feel smooth and I don't think I was asking for much. Responses took days over the course of a few emails. I got the vibe that they didn’t care about me as a customer.
