“I visited the south Charleston location today, first timer! I had my two girls with me, who are very young. I sometimes dread going to restaurants with them just because it can be chaotic and you just never know how people will react to the toddler crazies. I couldn’t be more pleased with this place. The staff went above and beyond for me, sooooo kind. Gave my daughters stickers, showed us outside, were just extra friendly and made me feel great. Not to mention the food was amazing. They were out of 2 items out of a huge menu, no big deal. We had a great lunch and I will definitely be making this our new spot. Thank you so much!“

“My daughter and I love the Mango Milk Tea with Mango popping Boba. The staff is friendly, and they answer all of the questions I had, since I was a Boba newbie, and wasn’t sure what to get. They had great recommendations that were delicious! Highly recommend if you are new to Boba, or if you have been drinking it for a long time!“

Management is top tier in this store; when you walk in this location, you can absolutely tell Management is very involved and personable.4.) The employees are very nice, and knowledgeable.5.) “I don't normally go to McDonald's because the food isn't made to my liking, and sadly, a lot of the workers are rude. But it was late, and the family was hungry. I met Jess, and she was the cashier at the window taking orders. She was the sweetest person and really made an impact on me. Just because she is different, some people give her a hard time. Which is such a shame!!!! Because of her, I will be back. ?️‍?
