“These guys are excellent at their job. They always make you feel welcome just like in the good ole' days. The service and speed are the best around in fast food. Quit wasting your time and $ at the other place in town where they barely acknowledge your existence.“

“Great place for iced coffee and great management“

“Genuinely want to thank the gentleman that took mine & my daughter’s order today. Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service! You made her day as well as mine. I wish I’d got your name so I could thank you properly. Thanks again & wishing you nothing but the best young man 💯 (He had an Afro, light brown eyes, & was pretty tall.) like I said idk his name, but give that man a raise. I know how important these reviews are for employees in such industries. I used to work fast food. Extremely grateful to you sir!“

“Wonderfully comfortable place with many good things to drink.“

“Regardless of order size, Cafe Appalachia consistently delivers exceptional catering for our office and partners. From the first touch point to the last bite, their team brings genuine warmth and professionalism to every interaction. The quality never wavers, and neither does their care for the customer. Charleston is truly fortunate to have them. 🧡We’re already dreaming of warmer weather so we can enjoy their downtown patio during lunchtime.“

“Love stopping by Fusion Tea for a sweet treat when I’m in the area! Taro Milk Tea is my go-to, but they always have interesting specials to try, too, which never disappoint. Everyone is always so kind and helpful if you have questions about anything, as well. Highly recommend! 🧋“
