Food quality has gone downhill used to be a regular staple when we came to town, now it’s overpriced and not customer friendly. Spring rolls were sloppy & no mint or basil. We put that we were eating there and they still put in to go container. Seems like a bit wasteful & if that’s why the prices of increased then we won’t be back. The only thing that resembled what it used to be was the kiwi smoothie with the Boba, but it’s in a small smaller cup.
Authentic Vietnamese food. Love the sandwiches here! 😋
Yen’s customer service has changed so much. I’ve given them a couple chances since the different owners/operators took over but I will not be back. I use to love going there for a local lunch but the lady working the counter is always SO rude. Don’t even try to call ahead and place an order.. or if you walk in and want to pay cash you’re told no - very abruptly?? Not everyone wants to use a credit card machine or your kiosk.
