“Just passing through Charleston. We were just driving around and not too many places caught our eye. Saw Elephant Thai.... Food was absolutely exceptional. I had the Ginger stir fry with chicken., and some fried rice. Wow, out of this world good. It had onions, peppers, wood ear mushrooms, and chicken along with a side plate of rice. Service was excellent, place was clean, nice music, not loud. Lots of people!! Its already on my list for a return visit on return from travels farther west Again, an absolute hit with me..”

“Egg roll sampler - incredibly creative idea, expertly delivered. Really enjoyed three of the rolls, other did a great job being exactly as described. BBQ (pork) is super tasty. Spicy is really good, doesn’t pack much spice punch though. Cheeseburger wasn’t our favorite, but it is an extremely effective delivery of a cheeseburger as an egg roll (which turns out isn’t our personal preference). Best for last, the reuben - best reuben we’ve had in the state of WV and it was in egg roll form. Will try to return to get the actual reuben sandwich.Hiroshima - very interesting dish, really enjoyed the ball of rice. Just the right amount of crunchiness. Broccoli and chicken are done just right. I got it “spicy,” and it wasn’t (in my opinion). Waitress got more spice for me super quickly. Really appreciated the flavor after the addition of more spice.Crispy Chicken Melt with onion rings - good taste, all seemed a touch over cooked. Still enjoyed it though.Incredible wait staff, very attentive and very busy keeping everything clean.It got a bit loud from casual conversations at other tables, not enough to dampen our experience.”

“I've only been there twice, but I tell ya'. It is DELICIOUS boba tea. I recommend getting classic milk tea with boba, 50% sweet, and no soft foam. DELICIOUS!!!!!! 5/5 stars definitely??”

“Went to Guadalajara Modern Mexican for the first time. We regret waiting this long to try it!! The staff was friendly, it was extremely clean. Food came out hot and fresh. The meat on the taco and the Classic Jumbo Burrito was full of flavor l! My husband who never gives out 5/5 said this place deserves a 5 out of 5. We will definitely be back, and it’s our new favorite Mexican restaurant!! Fabulous food & service!!”

“Service was indifferent, not rude but not kind. We had to ask for things several times. Never refilled drinks. Philly cheese steak had pickles which was odd. Maybe ok if I liked pickles but I don't. Would've been fine otherwise if not for the canned nacho cheese sauce. That had a weird, off-putting flavor. There was actual provalone on the sandwich so I don't know why they feel the need to use the canned fake cheese. Loaded fries were okay after we brought them home and reheated them. When they came to the table, they were cold and the cheese (a sauce would've been a better choice in this case - but not the canned stuff) had hardened so the entire dish was just one big clump of fries.Update: I was at a conference for work at a hotel across the street and co-workers wanted to eat here. The food was better this time although one person had the Philly and their reaction to it was the same as mine. I had the falafel wrap and the fried feta. The falafel was one of the better ones I've had and the fried feta (as long as you use the sauce it comes with) was better than the other local restaurant that is known for it. I've added a star because this meal was so much better than the last couple I've had here.Service was still cold. The woman that greeted us was friendly but the rest of the staff, not so much.”

“Cannot say enough amazing things about this resturant. Prices are more than reasonable. You can get a full large meal under $10 with a drink chips and salsa, which is rare nowadays. It is always, always delicious. The staff are friendly and work hard. Always so nice over the phone. Never forget anything out of my order and I go there a LOT. Love this place. “LOVE LOVE LOVE their food!!!! I have been here several times and I have enjoyed every experience. I would like to comment on the service, we have to order from a kiosk and keep our ticket number to prove what we paid for, which I understand. The first time I came I didnt know we had to keep the ticket number and when my food was ready it was difficult to prove the food was mine and had to go back and retrieve my order number to show them to recieve my food. After learning from that moment I now keep my ticket every time and would advise anyone who is visiting to KEEP YOUR TICKET lol. And they are low of staff so ultimately I understand why it is that way. Anyways, the food is amazing and I visit almost everytime I am in the south charleston area!”

“Very clean, nice atmosphere. Staff was professional and well dressed. Ordered 2 types of sushi, and shrimp and steak hibachi. Overall good meal. It was hard to figure out what type of sushi to get, they have their own specific recipes that are different enough from typical recipes that it was hard to know what to get. The salad was okay, except for the water in the bottom of the bowl? It was odd and diluted the delicious ginger dressing. Overall though, the meal was good. Fried rice was delicious, hibachi was well prepared.”

“Looked like a fancy Mexican restaurant from the outside and smelled good. The white sauce with the chip reminded me of a yum yum sauce from a Asian restaurant. The red salsa was nice. I got the enchiladas Supreme, way to much food more me and very cheesy. Next time I'd hold the cheese. Overall the service was good and friendly. Wish I would have went to the fajitas.”

“Today was probably the 5th or 6th visit that we have made to La Roca's within the past year (always for lunch) and we are always pleased with our experience. The food, the service, the menu, and the atmosphere have all consistently been excellent. I am a vegetarian and I can honestly say the Vegetable Fajitas are among the best I have eaten (the Corn and Zucchini Tacos are yummy as well). The portion was more than ample. In fact,I had enough remaining to take home for another meal. My husband is not a vegetarian and has loved everything that he has ordered (he has never had any leftover to take home!). The staff is always pleasant and attentive, which is much appreciated. I have no reason to doubt that our next trip to the Cross Lanes La Roca's (and there will definitely be a next time) will be as outstanding as our previous visits. ??⭐”

“My sister and I were in St Albans for my Dad's 80th birthday party Saturday and Sunday we wanted to go watch The Browns game so we ended up at Drummys and I am so glad we did!! The patrons were super friendly as were the staff and I was pleasantly surprised by several other Browns fans being there. We ordered a hotdog with coleslaw, it was very good but a very small dog. Really the only negative about the place was the high drink prices. The waitress said the bar is charged a lot for the liquor so I guess that's understandable. We had a great time there and if I lived there, I'd be a regular customer as it seemed everyone there was!”

We went on trivia night on accident, and just sat and enjoyed the experience. I would 100% recommend this place. The food and drinks were all really good. “Tudor Biscuit Breakfast! While on a road trip to Charlotte North Carolina we made a stop to. Little breakfast spot that the drive through was staying full! We walked in and it was empty, so we order from Josh who was amazing! He brought out our food and drinks quickly which made me ?... somebody back there knows how to cook!
