This is the best of the rest! So many good things here, but the hot dogs, of course, are my favorite!

Spring Hill Bakery is a local favorite with fresh, tasty baked goods and a friendly small-town feel. The hot dog pastries are a must-try—soft, warm, and surprisingly addictive. The donuts are also excellent, fresh, fluffy, and full of flavor. The cream inside the hot dog pastries was so flavorful and truly a unique pastry. The Bavarian cream and little pineapple upside down cakes were also enjoyed. The baklava, donuts, cakes, cookies, fresh bread, and parker house rolls are all delicious. The employees are kind, patient, and polite, offering quick and friendly service. The bakery has a great vibe to it. People leave the shop with up to 6 boxes of the hot dog pastries, and they run out quick, so it is best to get there early. Spring Hill Bakery is a must for any birthday, gathering, event, or just a sweet treat. They always have a good variety and are always fresh. The cat cakes tasted and looked great. This place captures what is loved about Charleston and is a great stop for quick treats or breakfast.
