“The lady at the window was very polite and friendly. However, did not receive the correct order. We ordered 1 sour dough double cheeseburger, 1 double cheeseburger and 1 lg fry. The sour dough
burger was on regular toasted bread, why? Did not receive the second burger at all, so no dinner for me.
I was a fast food manager for 30 years and know that mistakes happens. Just double check the bag before handing out the window.“

“This McDonald's can be hit or miss, it I still keep coming back. It's a convenient stop when I need a quick bite. My main advice is to double-check your bag before pulling away for the drive-thru window to make sure everything you ordered is there.“

I came in 15 minutes before close 😂 usually people wouldn’t be nice or just sigh about something with an attitude, but she was very generous, nice, and VERY patient with my order. Everything was perfect. No mess with the subs, Not sloppy work, very great communication through everything. People like her deserve a raise and to be treated with all the respect. “I just had to leave a review about my experience here. I made an online order and the person that made my food forgot an add on I paid for. I called in and the staff was so lovely about the whole situation. They told me to come back and I was just expecting to just get the add on I was missing but they replaced my entire meal at no cost. “First time eating indoors here & was a great experience. I wish I had gotten the staff members’ names so I could mention them directly. We were there 9/25 at around 830pm. Our counter attendant was so friendly & patient and the manager (I’m guessing was the manager) was so friendly. I rarely eat indoors at a fast food restaurant, but the manager checked in on us once as if we were at a dine-in-only restaurant. Impressive!! Well done to the team at Wendy’s in Nitro WV.“

“Ok so I am celiac and I have to have about the staff and how well I felt taken care of. The girl that took my order made sure the rest knew. The girl gave me options to choose from instead of looking at me like I was being an inconvenience. The staff preparing my food changed their gloves and even put my food in a separate bag. This is the first time I've eaten out n been able to enjoy a normal meal since my diagnosis. Truly I was almost in tears because most don't realize when u get treated normal and taken care of after already dealing with difficult eating situations not by your choice can really make a difference. I can't say enough about this place and it was the best meal I've had in over a year simply bc of the staff and being able to eat out something I didn't have to prepare myself and then not being looked at like an inconvenience. Way to go staff and my server Keely D. You are awesome!!“

“I have visited this shop about a dozen times. I love the fresh food. I have always been greeted and made to feel welcomed, except last night 3/3/21 the girl working acted like it was a bother to wait on me! She was so unfriendly, didn’t say thank you actually she did speak to me at all! I would like the managers to know this. I am not one to complain, I also work with the public. She was just plain rude!!!“

“Burgers and fries were great. It's a bit over-priced though. Be prepared to spend over $50-60 for a couple burgers and fries and drinks. We got 2 burgers and split an order of fries and it was over $40! ($14 EA for burgers and $9 for a regular fries)“

“Most meals are really good here but every bow and then you get a meal with dead fries or dead mozzarella sticks. We got the new box meals and by the time I got home 20 mins later, all the fries were WAY DEAD so you could tell they weren't fresh and same with the cheese sticks. The chicken on the sandwiches was over cooked, I didn't even eat mine. But like I said that was once out a bunch of trips. Also I don't recommend the steak bites at all on anything or by themselves, they are always burned black and hard as rocks so don't waste your money. Service is polite and only gets backed up every now and then. But if ya want fresh fries and cheese Stix, ya just gotta tell them. We will definitely eat there again.“

“The drive-through line can be a bit long at times and it kinda wraps around the building where there’s like a road so there’s like oncoming traffic facing you while you’re sitting there waiting in line but it’s never really been an issue. I’ve never heard of accident or anything like that never actually been in the store, but I usually go to the drive-through when I do eat here and I’ve had pretty positive experiences. The only thing I would say is sometimes when I get the mozzarella sticks, they don’t always come out great or rather too cooked or they feel like they’ve been sitting for a while overall, that would be my only complaint about this place other than that, I’d say it’s pretty safe place to eat.“

“I would love to give a shout out to Hurricane McDonald's. Today, I believe to be a manager or assistant manager, came in to Fruth Pharmacy to get some Lysol spray. So very friendly. I made a comment, well you could have brought me a senior black coffee. I was just joking. A little later an employee shows up with 4 cups of coffee and Apple and cherry pies. Such a wonderful act of kindness. All the employees at Fruth want to thank you so much.“

I went in with my brother and gram and we got the 5.99 2 piece fish meal and it was just so good so crispy with the tater sauce love the crispy hush puppies. I highly recommend coming in and getting a meal it will be worth especially if you set down and eat it right there in the restaurant while it's freshest. Staff were kind and we got our food quick.“

“They have absolutely improved so much. I avoided this place like the plague for a few months based on past experiences. With that being said, we went last week and they did a wonderful job. They got 4 stars instead of 5 because they still forgot a couple of items. When I told them, they did get them for me. In the past they would have argued with me. “This is by far & wide 1 of the coolest Taco Bell stores I've ever seen. I mean let's face it, it's a Taco Bell, but when you park & walk in it sort of makes you feel like you're out at a much nicer place. I don't baby it's me but I like it & stop there when I'm in the area & I recommend it.“

“Great food! Only gripe is the steep parking lot. Our bumper bent inward due to the parking lot. We're lucky it didnt rip off. We had to twist tie it in place. Please get the parking lot fixed. Its not ok and the city needs to take care of it.

“I was there to have my order from the previous days lunch remade. They offered to replace the entire order as there was an issue with each and every item. Two items that were not ordered with sour cream had it on them both and two items that were add pico , has none added. Normally I would not defend such over sites but the drive thru was very busy at the time of the initial order. We had 3 different orders in the one vehicle, all of which includes items of special request. Mine was the only one with issues and they made it right. I called several hours after the visit to ask what I should do...my firstand last bite of my bite of Burrito oozed sour cream...I was done with that. I spoke with Tiffany, who is also anti sour cream and sympathized with the situation. I didn't have the receipt available...but I did have all the food. She said bring it with me and they would replace the order. I did, they did. It was right the second time around and even thru in a soft taco for fur baby who was riding shotgun ,,,and they are his favorite, minus the lettuce of course. All is well that ends well. Conveniently inside the WVU Hospital and open til 8pm. Plenty of chip offerings and drink offerings. Close to the interstate and gasoline.“

In today's climate of mediocre/poor quality and over priced fast food this place is definitely not following that trend. My food has always been very hot, visually pleasing, and fresh. They weren't terribly busy so our food cames out quite fast. My friend had a small italian w fries and I had a make your own turkey sandwich. Both were prepared well and exactly as ordered.
