I called in and the staff was so lovely about the whole situation. They told me to come back and I was just expecting to just get the add on I was missing but they replaced my entire meal at no cost. “5 guys is always good, but I have been to many locations across the entire country and this is the mode expensive one I have ever seen. My husband and I usually get a burger each, a large fry, and a drink for $34. It’s $20 at this location for 1 burger and 1 small fry.“

“I've just had lunch here this afternoon, and I was very impressed with this location; the service was amazing. It's clear that the place is very well managed. From entering, I was warmly greeted, and the ordering process was seamless and pleasant. While I waited for my order to be prepared, I observed the kitchen staff, and they worked together like a well oiled machine. The food was prepared in a reasonable timeframe, and man it was delicious. I do find the prices are high here, but it is a cut above other burger places, so I can manage it from time to time. Regardless, this was a very pleasant dining experience, and I thank you all.“

I have always been greeted and made to feel welcomed, except last night 3/3/21 the girl working acted like it was a bother to wait on me! She was so unfriendly, didn’t say thank you actually she did speak to me at all! I would like the managers to know this. I am not one to complain, I also work with the public. She was just plain rude!!!“

“Most meals are really good here but every bow and then you get a meal with dead fries or dead mozzarella sticks. We got the new box meals and by the time I got home 20 mins later, all the fries were WAY DEAD so you could tell they weren't fresh and same with the cheese sticks. The chicken on the sandwiches was over cooked, I didn't even eat mine. But like I said that was once out a bunch of trips. Also I don't recommend the steak bites at all on anything or by themselves, they are always burned black and hard as rocks so don't waste your money. Service is polite and only gets backed up every now and then. But if ya want fresh fries and cheese Stix, ya just gotta tell them. We will definitely eat there again.“

“Gonna be honest I guess I just haven't had captain ds in a while but this really just slapped so hard today. I went in with my brother and gram and we got the 5.99 2 piece fish meal and it was just so good so crispy with the tater sauce love the crispy hush puppies. I highly recommend coming in and getting a meal it will be worth especially if you set down and eat it right there in the restaurant while it's freshest. Staff were kind and we got our food quick.“

“I normally drive past two other Arby's to get to this one because the quality of their food is always better. Plus they always had the 4 for 10 roast beefs until recently. Showed up today expecting to place my normal order and they had removed the 4 for 10 deal unfortunately. So now there's no reason for me to drive the distance since they don't offer the deal anymore. I was told by the manager the reason they removed the deal is because they started offering the two for seven fish sandwiches again. Why not offer both. So unfortunately I will probably not return until they offer the 4 for 10 deal again.“

“Great food! Only gripe is the steep parking lot. Our bumper bent inward due to the parking lot. We're lucky it didnt rip off. We had to twist tie it in place. Please get the parking lot fixed. Its not ok and the city needs to take care of it.

“I originally asked for our order to be eat in and before the order was ready, I asked them to go ahead and put it in a bag as I was working doing a delivery service and had an order come through and had to leave. They acted like I had asked them to cancel our order and get a refund.. they were a little rude and the manager kinda just threw the bag on the counter when it was ready. “They have absolutely improved so much. I avoided this place like the plague for a few months based on past experiences. With that being said, we went last week and they did a wonderful job. “Penn Subs makes all sort of sub sandwiches, and one of the best cheesesteaks. You can even get a pizza sub. Their French fries are the real deal and cut fresh from whole potatoes in a large bin there. They are soooo good. They make their cheesesteaks with your choice of beef or chicken, along with onions, green or banana peppers, mushrooms, condiments e.g.: mayo, mustard, etc. Their bread, I think, is the best anywhere in the area, period. It's got a hearty consistency and it only enhances the sandwiches. Once you order and grab your drink, they'll bring out your basket with the food.
Note: the entire menu is on the wall to the right when you first walk through the door. This restaurant is located next to the post office and Dollar store in the Southridge Shopping Center. There's Sam's, a Walmart, a Pet store, Aldis and a plethora of other stores. This is a great place to enjoy lunch or dinner. If your traveling on Rt 119, you may consider this for your food stop. EZ Off, and EZ Back onto Rt 119.

“I was there to have my order from the previous days lunch remade. They offered to replace the entire order as there was an issue with each and every item. Two items that were not ordered with sour cream had it on them both and two items that were add pico , has none added. Normally I would not defend such over sites but the drive thru was very busy at the time of the initial order. We had 3 different orders in the one vehicle, all of which includes items of special request. Mine was the only one with issues and they made it right. I called several hours after the visit to ask what I should do...my firstand last bite of my bite of Burrito oozed sour cream...I was done with that. I spoke with Tiffany, who is also anti sour cream and sympathized with the situation. I didn't have the receipt available...but I did have all the food. She said bring it with me and they would replace the order. I did, they did. It was right the second time around and even thru in a soft taco for fur baby who was riding shotgun ,,,and they are his favorite, minus the lettuce of course. All is well that ends well. Pizza Hut, please explain to them that they have to knock on the door or we won’t know My fiancé was sitting in the living room by the door waiting for delivery and the dasher walked up at some point and left the food on our wet doormat. And we didn’t know until he left to get a remade order and the boxes were on the ground, pizza cold. The five stars is for the Pizza Hut staff, they’re great. Door dash is trash.“
