Food was good, cashier was absolutely a star, friendly, very polite. Overall a good experience until you start looking around the place needs a remodel. The ceiling tiles are pretty nasty, the seating needs redone.

Captain D's offers an excellent variety of food in a cozy restaurant setting. The employees are very courteous and cheerful, and the dining room is clean, stocked well, and welcoming. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp and steps with a hand rail available.
The food quality is generally good, with the lemon pepper fish, green beans, and mac and cheese described as delicious. However, the bed of rice the fish was served on was reported to be hard, dry, or undercooked. The restaurant also has a good kids menu and high chairs available.
The drive-thru service has been inconsistent, with one out of three visits resulting in the wrong order or cold baked potatoes. Overall, Captain D's provides a generally positive dining experience, with some room for improvement in food preparation and drive-thru service.
