Food is always consistently good, but I have waited for a few months to write this because I thought, "surely they don't totally ignore things such as 'no cheese' or 'add sour cream'.." But here we are. Not a single visit in memory have they gotten it right. I don't go during rushes. Either 11am or after 1pm. There's never a line in the drive thru when I'm there. Nobody is ever at the counter when we go in so we order off the computer. They bring food, holder your name and walk off without saying anything. All employees in kitchen, dining room is usually dirty, tables not wiped off, food in floor, drink area wet and sticky. This has been this way the last 4 times we have been there.

It's a hit or miss with this taco bell. Last time I came, I got a chicken crispanada box and everything except the crispanada was cold and a little disappointing. Still better than our local Taco Bell.
