Taco Bell offers consistently good food, but struggles with getting orders right, especially when modifications are requested. The drive-thru service is efficient, with no long lines during off-peak hours. The dining area is always clean and well-maintained, with staff ensuring quick and hot orders. The Nitro WV location is considered superior, with orders consistently correct and generous toppings on tacos. Despite occasional mistakes, the staff handles issues professionally, replacing entire meals when needed. The food is nearly always fresh, and the service is pleasant and speedy, making it one of the better Taco Bells in the Kanawha Valley.
