Cashier was very professional and friendly.
Good value, tasty sandwich and curly fries.
We usually stop in Nitro on our travels to and from Ohio to NC., because we know we will get a hot lunch.

Arby's, a fast-food restaurant, offers a mixed dining experience. The staff members are generally polite and engaging, providing a pleasant atmosphere. However, some customers have reported rude behavior from the employees, particularly in the drive-thru. The menu pricing can also be inconsistent, with some customers experiencing higher-than-expected costs for their meals.
Despite these issues, many customers praise the quality of the food, which is often described as hot and fresh. The restaurant is known for its quick service, with customers reporting that their orders are prepared and served efficiently. The location also provides ample parking and is wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for a wide range of customers.
