“I had an amazing experience at KFC thanks to Melissa! I placed a large order with only about an hour’s notice, and she handled everything flawlessly. Not only was the order ready on time, but everything was organized, fresh, and exactly as requested.

“We are 4 hours from home for travel softball. We wanted to eat there and scrambled to inside the mall 5 mins before close to be the actual last customer. I said I’m not even sure what to order here. Obviously chicken. Lol. The dude was super nice. Explained answers to any question I had about any menu item with absolutely ZERO attitude. You don’t get that anymore usually.
