“Just went through for some late night munchies and man it hit the spot!! My nacho fries were piping hot crispy and fresh and all my food was made to specific order. They are extremely nice there too and make a good experience when coming through. Night shift deserves raises!!!“

“I come there every night and it seems like on the weekdays they do not have a clue . However on the weekends they do it right but whoever is working through the week needs to be retrained or get some rest because it seems like yall can’t work under pressure when you got 8 people upfront and nobody doing anything and then when I come at night and there’s only two people working, insanely it works out ? That just don’t make since. Those two people at night can do things much quicker than 8 people can?“

“We are 4 hours from home for travel softball. We wanted to eat there and scrambled to inside the mall 5 mins before close to be the actual last customer. I said I’m not even sure what to order here. “We go to rally's on the west side every Sunday evening. we walk our dogs and we grab our dinner. there always so nice to the dogs and everything is always hot and fresh and their milkshakes are always a hit! and I've also never been there and their machines not work, I can always get a milk shake or an ice cream cone on a hot day ❤“

“There is nothing negative I can say. The food was delicious as always. I had the fish and chicken with Mac n cheese and green beans. The green beans were seasoned just right. The young lady who took my drive thru order and worked the window was very polite. It was an overall wonderful and pleasant experience. Plus they were fast in giving me my order!!!“

“most of the manager's, they don't care about their employees. especially the ones who are 1 hour or more late. grow up. you know what time you need to be there your schedule is made up already, do your job and be on time like you expect your employees geez one pissed off granny“

“Typical taco bell experience. Good service even though the line was backed up a little. Moved pretty quick. Person at the window or whoever is in charge of straws forgot ours so I had to walk in, but no big deal. Staff was courteous and had a good experience.“

“I usually order online & it’s ready when I get there. Friendly, fun staff, seems pretty efficient, I’ve never had bad food here. Never have I had an issue with food or the people. Parking isn’t great because of construction and how busy downtown is but it’s not that big of a problem.“

“My husband and I came in today for the first time at the Charleston location. We'd been wanting to try for awhile. We traveled an hour & half. It did not disappoint! The staff were soooo nice!! & the food was great! I've never had such good, sweet marinara sauce in my life. The best sauce I've ever tasted! (I'm a sauce person) We will most definitely be back!
