“Went into the restaurant and it looked like they were quite busy. We weren't in a rush that day and were able to wait. Asked if we were able to use a coupon for a meal deal and they accepted it immediately. The burgers were made perfectly and beautifully and put together with care (everything was on the burger not halfway falling off) the fries were cooked all the way through and salted perfectly. “I don’t normally review chains but I visit the captain d’s about once a month for lunch. Each time I’m delighted by the speed and friendliness of the service. My food is either ready by the time I grab my sauces or being place on the table before I sit down. The food is fresh, hot, crispy, and cooked properly. Management is really do a good job of hiring and training people which is exceptionally challenging these days. I rated the atmosphere down a couple of point because the dinning room is showing wear since it’s last update. The prices are much higher but the portions and quality command it.“

The doordash menu has some errors, but upon calling, the kind lady on the phone went above and beyond to make sure I got the delicious soft serve I wanted in my time of cravings.The food always tastes great. The only negatives I can think of is that the service is pretty slow when you visit the courtesy window, which is likely because there isnt enough staff to run it. The employees are very kind. “I visited Vino's with some out of town friends. We were all pleased with the staff and the facility. We stayed on the lower level had some drinks, played pool, and a hunting game. The basketball shoot-out game did not keep score and the balls were flat, but that's my only complaint ??♀️“

If there is any problem they will ALWAYS fix it. Unlike other subways, they DONT make your sandwich so messy that you should just have ate it with a fork instead. “As well as an Arbs could be. I had the French Dip Sub this time. Also an order of mMac and Cheese Bites (not so good) Jalapeno Bites(Always yummy) and tried the iced Caramel coffee(Tasted-Awesome) as always walked away with a small baggie of regular roast beef sandwiches with Arby’s and Horsey sauce for later. I can’t not ever not have a couple for later. They’re the best food ever made!!!“
