Too many people hate on Long John Silver's. My only real complaint is that they've got Applebee's and Chili's prices, when I always considered them more along the lines of a Wendy's that sells fish. However, the food is good. I dropped a little over $15 today on this fish and shrimp platter and a drink. Plus, the employees were nice, and that is always a plus. While we were ordering to dine in an employee was screaming into the headset he was wearing and complaining about the phone constantly ringing. He was so loud we couldn't here the employee standing right in front of us trying to take our order. After our food was delivered to our table we listened to the same employee and another employee argue as we are our dinner. My husband has Lewy Body Dementia and was having a good day, thankfully. We don't have Long John's near us so we always stop when we are traveling through Marmet. The food is always hot and fresh. We have always had good experiences with their food. Some LJS don't maintain the same quality, but this one always serves the food hot, fresh, and never soggy and greasy like some others. I love their chicken and their fish. Both are really good. They do a great job there.
