This is the best Wendy's I have been to in the last 30 yearsThe service is friendly and down right fantastic. The atmosphere is friendly and upbeat with the staff working and laughing truly wnjoying their job. The food was vantastic. Quality was worth the $. The restrooms was clean and larger than most I've seen. I recommend this one over all in the area of Charleston, Wv.
The SLOWEST Wendys ever. And they park you and you wait 20-25 minutes and when they bring it out, it isn't all there. Happens every time. Then go back in to get what is missing and they act like you want something for free. Nah, I just want all of what I paid for. I work for my money too.Parking: Parking on 3 sides of store.Kid-friendliness: Roomy and open.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible restrooms too

I tend to choose Wendy's because the burgers are made fresh. That was not the case at this Wendy's. The burger was dry & cold. The fries were also cold. They were out of several drinks in their dispenser. Additionally, both ketchup dispensers were empty. The restaurant itself was neat but not clean. It was definitely a disappointing visit to this location.
