“I stopped at this store while driving back home. It was quite busy, but the staff was doing their best to get everyone’s orders out as quickly as possible.
There was an issue with my order, but the staff went above and beyond to make it right. I want to give special kudos to the store manager who was on duty on August 5th around 1 p.m. — their professionalism made a big difference.
Mistakes can happen, but it’s how the staff handles them that truly shapes the customer experience — and in this case, they handled it exceptionally well.“

“On our way Home to Michigan. Spending the night in Charleston WV stopped at Bowlesboys up the creek. Bar none the best BBQ Brisket and Ribs we have ever had, the sides were delicious, portions were big, prices reasonable. What a find can't say enough good things about them.“

“This was my first time back at Burger King in almost a year, with that being said i will definitely be back more often! The drive thru was quick today and the customer service was AWESOME! I had the Impossible Whopper Combo w/Onion Rings. The Impossible Whopper is KILLER in my opinion!! everything was accurate, fresh and delicious! Keep up the GR8 work guys!!🙂🙂“

Tudor’s Biscuit World in Kanawha City is a true West Virginia gem. There’s nothing quite like starting your morning with a hot, buttery biscuit piled high with eggs, bacon, sausage, or even fried apples. Their breakfast is hearty, homemade, and consistently delicious—just like Grandma used to make.
The staff here are always friendly and welcoming, and even when it’s busy (which it often is, because it’s that good), they keep the line moving with a smile. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing something to go, the service is quick and the food always hits the spot.
My go-to is the Thundering Herd or the Ron—can’t go wrong with either. It’s comfort food that feels like home, and no visit to the Kanawha Valley feels complete without a stop at Tudor’s.“

“Honestly staff was friendly, and the food was great it had been a while since I had gone to Hardee's, was thinking I wanted something different so I went to Hardee's and it was an excellent choice their 599 biggie bag is a great deal I got a wrap and a cheese burger with fries and a drink, which I upsized and I think it was only like $1 more, MAYBE $1.50 and glad I did. Highly recommend going there. Especially if you're tired of the same old stuff like McDonald's or Wendy's, or Taco Bell like me.“

“We go to rally's on the west side every Sunday evening. we walk our dogs and we grab our dinner. there always so nice to the dogs and everything is always hot and fresh and their milkshakes are always a hit! and I've also never been there and their machines not work, I can always get a milk shake or an ice cream cone on a hot day ❤“

“most of the manager's, they don't care about their employees. especially the ones who are 1 hour or more late. grow up. you know what time you need to be there your schedule is made up already, do your job and be on time like you expect your employees geez one pissed off granny“
