Don’t order spicy nuggets from this location they are never fresh and always give what’s been sitting there all day. I order more than I know I’ll eat with hopes they’ll need to drop fresh ones. I normally put up with it but nearly chipped a tooth on how hard one of them were. I don’t understand what’s so difficult about giving someone fresh food that they’re paying for, employees would rather be lazy and just give you what they already have made even if it’s past expiration. Positive note they seemed to have stopped pulling everyone forward!!! Guess management didn’t like that.

I tend to choose Wendy's because the burgers are made fresh. That was not the case at this Wendy's. The burger was dry & cold. The fries were also cold. They were out of several drinks in their dispenser. Additionally, both ketchup dispensers were empty. The restaurant itself was neat but not clean. It was definitely a disappointing visit to this location.

This is the best Wendy's I have been to in the last 30 yearsThe service is friendly and down right fantastic. The atmosphere is friendly and upbeat with the staff working and laughing truly wnjoying their job. The food was vantastic. Quality was worth the $. The restrooms was clean and larger than most I've seen. I recommend this one over all in the area of Charleston, Wv.

The SLOWEST Wendys ever. And they park you and you wait 20-25 minutes and when they bring it out, it isn't all there. Happens every time. Then go back in to get what is missing and they act like you want something for free. Nah, I just want all of what I paid for. I work for my money too.Parking: Parking on 3 sides of store.Kid-friendliness: Roomy and open.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible restrooms too

Went thru drive thru to order hamburger fries and chilli. Well no chilli makes the 3 rd time I have been here with no chilli. Then didn’t add my fries to my order so I ask the girl at the window to add my fries to my order said she could not because they have no register I said can’t h ring them up at front register she said no. So I ask to talk to a manager I ask her to ring me up a order of fries she said they have no register I would have to drive thru the drive thru again and I said Iam not waiting in that line I said just refund my money they said ok so I ask how is it you can use a register to refund my money but u can’t ring up my fries She gave me my money and said have a good night this place is horrible
Service is miserable, took about 20 minutes to even get to the front of the line and even when we did they didn't take our order.
Always really fast and friendly service here! Sometimes my burgers are kinda wrong but not enough to get mad about it.
