I don’t normally review chains but I visit the captain d’s about once a month for lunch. Each time I’m delighted by the speed and friendliness of the service. My food is either ready by the time I grab my sauces or being place on the table before I sit down. The food is fresh, hot, crispy, and cooked properly. Whenever I go to one (which is not very often), I know to expect some sort of wait. This one did not disappoint. The service was friendly, but it was just slow. The food was just okay. The garlic and herb shrimp was more bread than shrimp. I was tired from walking all day, and this was on the way back to the hotel I was staying in.Don't go in with high expectations for anything, because this is just your standard fried frozen foods fare.
