Well, In my personal opinion overall Wendy's has a decent menu and I often find myself dining there when I need a quick meal on the go. That's pretzel baconator really hits the spot. I feel as though I will never grow tired of it. That being. Wendy's on Washington street has terrible service. They are rude and obnoxious. Way under staffed. Everyone was running around confused, orders took forever. As I was waiting patiently at the counter for them to call my name, I finally decided to ask for the status of my order and the lady behind the counter. Rudely said I called that a while ago. Not my fault. Bathrooms were dirty. Not real impressed with this place. Also getting in and out of this place was a real chore limited parking and poor design for the drive-thru. We used the driveway. The girl at the driveway wouldn't listen to us and kept changing our order. It ended up being wrong and we had to go through a second time to get everything we wanted. She did apologize for not getting it right the first time. The food was hot and good. Served in a timely manner.
