This place is best Wendy’s we’ve been to in a long time! Traveling from Ohio to convention center for volleyball. Came at breakfast time but the workers offered to put in nuggets for my picky eater kids! They were so friendly and courteous! The Wendy’s was clean and the food was good!

I don't know what insanity has infected the manager lady that was in the store when I was there but whooping and hollering and treating the employees like it's a school directly complaining to any of them that have any thing to say like general conversing amongst themselves and seeing the looks they gave as she said different things shows just how she is draining the soul from these people this is not the kind of manager you want to have on staff take care of the employees and they will take care of the customers this is not taking care of your employees

Well, In my personal opinion overall Wendy's has a decent menu and I often find myself dining there when I need a quick meal on the go. That's pretzel baconator really hits the spot. I feel as though I will never grow tired of it. That being. Wendy's on Washington street has terrible service. They are rude and obnoxious. They had gotten our order wrong and when I brought the mistake to there attention, the employees acted as if we were at fault for their blunder. I was extremely embarrassed, my wife was mortified. The whole experience was infuriating and ridiculous.Sadly I would have to pass on the delicious pretzel baconator if this location were my only option.
