However, one order placed on the app was not ready until 650, requiring a wait and a request inside. Another customer received a Chai tea hot so hot that the lid popped off, causing a burn. Despite this, the staff is always kind, quick, and friendly. One barista named James was positive and apologetic when an item was unavailable. Another staff member drew a bluey character on a child’s cup. Customers recommend this location for great service, especially in the morning.
