Litterally went to BUY ice water on this heat advisory day for my kids enjoying Pullman square summer concert series and the older man manager refused to sell me ice water. Wasn’t asking for free was asking to purchase ice water . He said against there policy ! Completely disgusted.

I had a little valentine’s day date with a friend there. The barista was so sweet and polite and we weren’t overwhelmed by the atmosphere and amount of customers there. It was an overall good experience
