Customers order from the app and receive their coffee or food very quickly, within minutes. The employees are consistently described as the best, friendly, and always upbeat. They go above and beyond, such as when a spilled drink was remade for free. The morning crew makes mornings special, and one employee is noted as being "on the ball."
