I was in there this evening. I had a young biracial lady serve me and my daughter. She was very attentive to me and my 4 year old daughter. She seemed a little stressed out. But she didn’t let that stop her. She served us with a smile. And my daughter just loved her. As I was observing, there was a long line and this young lady was doing everything by herself. There was another girl there, but she was on her phone. I wanted to write this because she deserves the recognition.
Went to pick up my husband's birthday cake this morning. Through no fault of their own, the cake had shifted in the night. The owner was there and he and the girl working behind the counter were amazing. They offered to make us another cake, but we explained that we weren't close enough to come back, so the owner offered us a discount, which was perfectly acceptable to us.
