“Saturday night dinner. Started with excellent bacon wrapped shrimp. Caprese salad was excellent and Caesar salad was good. Medium rare prime rib was excellent. Broccoli and au gratin potatoes. Peach cobbler cheesecake was very good. With tip, taxes, credit card service fee, and bottle of wine total bill was essentially $100 per person. We enjoyed our table by the Hale Street door that had a large open area behind us (for people to gather for hostess station - but there wasn't any crowd) . Very glad we were not seated closer to the Dickerson st door because of noise level / close table placement. Free parking when we were there at night on Dickerson st parking lot. We enjoyed talking with our waiter Scott. Scott had good recommendations We had reservations, so no wait.“

We started with the boneless garlic parmesan wings, which were perfectly crispy and full of flavor. For our mains, we ordered the Backyard BBQ Burger and the Triple Bacon Smash Burger, both served with a large side of fries. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly.

“On August 25, 2025, before my Delta flight at 3:25 pm, I stopped at the bar and ordered a decaf coffee. The woman behind the counter went above and beyond—she brewed a fresh pot and even offered to make it easier for me to take on the plane. Instead of a regular to-go cup, she poured it into a water bottle so it would be more convenient. Her thoughtfulness was outstanding. I wish I could remember her name.“

“Been here so many times I can't count but never said anything about my experience. This is by far the best place for Cajun dry rub wings. They are amazing. The ghost pepper burger is great as well. “I’ve been going into this location for several months in the morning. The young man with the salt and pepper hair is always so polite and nice. He makes my whole experience so much better. He remembers what I buy every morning and has it ready and waiting for me. Great customer service from this young man! I’ve had previous experiences at this location that were not so nice and stopped going for a long time. He makes my day a bit brighter. Kudos for such a pleasant person Cold Spot!“

“The Bucket at Eagle View, provides welcome friendly atmosphere. Ample seating inside and outside. The view from outside provides something to remember.
The menu has a wide variety bar fare ,tasty to the pallet.

I’ve joined it numerous times only to wait and wait in my car then get a text to just go inside and wait another 10-15 minutes. This needs worked on.“

“Went here for the first time and the owner behind the counter was INSANELY NICE. He showed me everything he served and let me take my time in ordering. The service was quick helpful and an enjoyable experience. The food is great. I recommend the cajun chicken. My only regret is how fast i scarfed down the food i wish i savored it more. “Hostess was amazing went on 8/6/26. She deserves a raise. Was prompt with seating, right back to her post to help the next group. She was easy to talk to (didn't stumble over her words like some do) bartender was slangin drinks like her life depended on it. Kinda a creepy lookin guy standing in the entrance to the employees only area with his arms crossed. Had me weirded out a Lil bit. Keep up the good work. And creepy lookin guy just needs to relax. If your management you could do some walking around, bullshit with some customers, you ain't gotta stay in one spot and look like a wannabe bouncer.“

“I ordered online for pick up , my order was delayed by 15 minutes for chicken tenders when I got home I realized they forgot to sauce the tenders and also forgot my bourbon beans but service people were welcoming just wished I got what I ordered“

“Our server was epic and the food was good but saw a lady who seemed to be a manager of some sorts named Vera come out and verbally reprimand an employee that was working behind the buffet doing a really good job I might say ,when she told her that they were low on cottage cheese she talked to her very demeaning way and I thought it was the wrong way to handle it. I might add there's another incident with Vera was at the front desk complaining because she was upset that the wait staff doesn't have to pay taxes on their tips.“
