“My son ordered Thanksgiving dinner to be delivered to his house for himself, my husband and me. The food was absolutely fabulous. It was delicious. Was delivered on time and was nice and hot. “We ate at the Valentines Dinner last night and enjoyed the food. It was well prepared and the buffet presentation was fine. I have a couple of suggestions for any other higher priced dinners you plan. Wine and other alcoholic drinks should be served in glasses. We got wine in a plastic glass. The waiters were in shorts and jeans. Again this took away from the special occasion this was supposed to be. And someone should point out all the food stations. From the flyer it read like a sit down dinner but was a buffet instead. We missed the salad station and were waiting on desert until someone out where we could get it.“

“I’ve been going into this location for several months in the morning. The young man with the salt and pepper hair is always so polite and nice. He makes my whole experience so much better. He remembers what I buy every morning and has it ready and waiting for me. Great customer service from this young man! I’ve had previous experiences at this location that were not so nice and stopped going for a long time. He makes my day a bit brighter. Kudos for such a pleasant person Cold Spot!“

“I picked up the early Thanksgiving dinner this evening and it was so delicious. The turkey and ham were so tender and flavorful. The dressing was seasoned perfectly, and the mac & cheese, greens, and sweet potatoes were absolute treats. I’ll be looking for a regular menu and specials in the future.“

“My husband and I went there tonight for dinner. My last experience was horrible . Tonight our waiters name was Logan. Exceptional server, apps in 5 mins dinner was fantastic. Restored my opinion in Applebee's. My drink was filled before I even asked. Fantastic service tonight we will definitely be back thank you logan!!“

“It was very hot on the deck . (Suggesting more fans on the deck) Enjoyed Joey Ds performance. Had miscommunication with my order .Drinks were great and food too . Waiter was attentive and friendly. “Always been a good experience. Spinach dip 10/10! Filet, super tender! Ribeye, very flavorful! Cannot get enough of the strawberry shortcake. Always order way more than we can eat! Service was top notch with Makayla, she’s very friendly and attentive! Will be asking for her from now on.“

“The prices are WAY too high for the box lunches or I would probably eat here once every week or two. Fortunately, their receipts have promos on them if you complete a survey etc. and they often email promos/coupons. The staff is CLEAN, very friendly and has treated me very well. I am disappointed they discontinued baked beans as a side. The croissants and cookies are especially tasty. Happy to still have this business in our area“
“Nice updated building, new machines, wide variety of snacks. Not a place that I play at daily but no complaints about it either..I would recommend checking it out if you have not done so...
Parking: You are not likely to have parking issues here because it's located in a plaza...Often I see cars parked right up front of the doors so no worries there...“

“Been here so many times I can't count but never said anything about my experience. This is by far the best place for Cajun dry rub wings. They are amazing. The ghost pepper burger is great as well. I had the jalapeno cheese sticks for the first time today and I'll never get plain again. I will be back again for sure“

“Food was good. Cashier was distracted with side work for a long time before she took our order. Order was wrong, but we ate it anyway and it was good. We tried to eat inside, but there was a strong odor of sewer coming from the bathroom, so we ate in our car. The one in Marietta Ohio was 1000 percent better. I don't recommend this location.“

“I want to give a shout out to Reb Lobster in Charleston.The food was so good but honestly the best part was the waitor Skyler(hope I spelled that right)This waitor was honestly the best I've ever had any where! “I ordered 2fish and chicken dinners with loaded baked potatoes and a 4 piece chicken dinner we had to wait for long time to get our food then it was cold and the potatoes had been setting the cheese was hard the chicken was hard.i would have told them there but i knew there would be a scene cause my husband would have went off.crew wasn’t very friendly.one boy was trying to do inside and drive threw.here’s some pics of the food.i come there a lot and never have had any issues.“

“I had gotten takeout yesterday for dinner. Everything from the customer service to the food was incredible!!! Elena has GR8 custo.er service!!! I got my food quicker than I thought and it was still hot when I got back to Charleston with it. The Chicken and Dumplings were SOOOOOOO DELICIOUS along with the Green Beans, Carrots and Biscuit.“
