Definitely my first and my last trip to Buffalo Wild Wings in Cross Lanes!
Not only was the waitress rude and snarky, the food was awful! 4 adults and 2 kids, most of us got sampler plates and all that food was cold and tough. And then one burger meal wasn’t brought out with the rest and when she did get it out 15 minutes later she got rude when told it should’ve been brought out with the rest and refused to get the manager and took the food back to the kitchen.

NOT MY EXPERIENCE .. just sharing.
Had lunch at BWW in Cross Lanes yesterday. Debated leaving this review, but I decided that I’m going to anyway - if I can save someone else grief or the waste of an hour and a half, then I’ve helped someone.
Most people have 45-60 minutes for lunch. with that being said- my party and I arrived at 11:20, from the time we were seated until we had drinks served it was 20 minutes, another 10 before our order was taken- so 30 minutes...read full review
