“The only thing I could critique is our entrées took a long time to the table but the service made up for it. I forgot his name but his daught plays basketball. Amazing and nice guy. The food was on point. They cooked my steak right. They were out of fried pickles a d potatoe skins which could have been fixed by buying pickles and prepping. Potato skins depends on how corporate wants them. Who knows may have been the same with the pickles. So just bump up your ordering a bit.Overall, it was a really wonderful visit.“
“This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. We came out for my birthday. We ordered drinks at the bar before dinner. They have a great selection of Bourbons. After seated, we watched them make our bread, which was delicious. We ordered Lolipop Lamb Chops for our appetizer. Amazing ! My husband ordered the Cowboy Ribeye and cooked it on their meat stones. It was pretty cool, and he said it was great. I ordered the chicken with mushroom risotto and parmesan asparagus as an extra side. Just delicious. I'm super hard to satisfy or think a meal is better than just "ok". Well, this was great. I had no complaints at all. Best birthday meal ever.“
“After so long we FINALLY decided to take a night for ourselves away from the kids. This was our first fine dinning experience at the highly anticipated Chop House in Charleston, WV. We received phenomenal service, and though the wait for our entrees was longer than expected, it was well worth the wait. I enjoyed the lamb chop lollipops with the BEAUTIFUL Beef Wellington, while my wife ordered the Rosemary Chicken. There were a few people that were making a lot of noise and distracting myself and my wife in the dining area, however they were also paying customers just trying to have a good time. I couldn’t have asked for a better night. Thank you for our lovely server that took care of us this evening! I hope to pay another visit soon!“
“We stopped in for dinner Saturday evening and sat at the bar. Bartenders were awesome! I tried the new koala punch. It was fantastic... very yummy ?. We tried the new 3 course meal deal. Both of us got the sirloin, and they were perfectly cooked and huge! Only issue was the carrots were way under cooked.“
“A big Thank You to Jamal and the manager! Great service! Our ribs were great, but the manager thought they were a little too "done" and brought out a new rack. We never complained or even said a word, we thought they were great. Take note folks, that's how customer service is done. As I tell everyone, Longhorn has the best ribs. “This place had an awesome New York Strip! The service was excellent the waiter wasn’t at our table every second but also just seemed to know what and when we needed things! We sat in the big barrel table! A truly awesome experience! The bourbon selection was vast but they definitely had some pricy pricy pours in behind the bar but a great selection overall!“
