I don’t normally review chains but I visit the captain d’s about once a month for lunch. Each time I’m delighted by the speed and friendliness of the service. My food is either ready by the time I grab my sauces or being place on the table before I sit down. The food is fresh, hot, crispy, and cooked properly. Management is really do a good job of hiring and training people which is exceptionally challenging these days. I rated the atmosphere down a couple of point because the dinning room is showing wear since it’s last update. The prices are much higher but the portions and quality command it.

My husband and I were taken back by the lack of service and the dining room was FILTHY! we unfortunately expect no friendly service anywhere these days but the the filth in the dining room was unacceptable. Will never go back EVER we almost threw our food away probably should have hind sight

Whenever I go to one (which is not very often), I know to expect some sort of wait. This one did not disappoint. The service was friendly, but it was just slow. The food was just okay. The garlic and herb shrimp was more bread than shrimp. I was tired from walking all day, and this was on the way back to the hotel I was staying in.Don't go in with high expectations for anything, because this is just your standard fried frozen foods fare.

Went thru the drive thru on May 2 and some rude ass girl with dreadlocks was working there. Never met a girl who lacked so much in customer service. Asked for condiments and she condescendingly said it's in there... it wasn't!Don't waste your time going there. They are rude, and unprofessional
