“Your typical hole-in-the-wall bar. I've gone there and thrown back a few while bands played. The acoustics have improved greatly since they got a dedicated sound tech! They ALSO have a chair painted with an effigy of Elvis and the chair seat is painted as a toilet. Hard to beat that! =D“
“A nice little spot in the city. The best part is the capacity is the largest in the area. It can accommodate large parties and the patio is great if the weather is nice. The food was tasty bar food. I had the cheese steak and a lot of drinks for $30.“
“Buck's Place in Charleston WV out on Sissonville Rd is a typical dive bar. Its a great bar with a lot of locals that hang out there. This was the second bar that Tony and I went to when we first met 30 yrs ago. Its one of those small little dimly lit places where everyone knows your name. The bar is old and wooden square bar top. Beer, pool table, a few small tables and a juke box. That's about it. No liquor, beer only!!!!“
