Me and my husband really love going to Fat Patty’s, we enjoy taking our 5 year old granddaughter there to eat. The food is great and so is the staff. The only complaint we have is someone always has a dog or two in their truck and it almost jumps out of the window barking, and sometimes they are even outside running around like crazy and it scares me and my granddaughter half to death! On 6/18/26 we had a large group so they put us in back room. Took our orders and obviously forgot about us. Finally after about an hour we went to bar to ask about our orders. When they finally brought it out it was ice cold. Will not be back.
Had a great Saturday lunch with the family! Excellent service and food. So happy the 'original' beer-battered fries are back—the kids loved them. Love the new changes!

Fat Patty's Teays Valley serves good food, including great chicken wings with honey garlic sauce, well-cooked hamburgers, and delicious corn quesadillas. The service can be slow at times, but some staff members provide excellent and friendly service. Despite being short-staffed, the servers remain attentive and helpful. The restaurant has an amazing atmosphere and top-notch food, like the boom boom burger, though portions like tater tots can be small. Even when busy, they rush to get food out quickly for special events. Fat Patty's Teays Valley provides a great experience with standout menu items and a great vibe.
