“Whopper with cheese was very good. I enjoy the lame grilled patty. Toppings were fresh and organized well on the sandwich. Tried thehalvsies side. The onion rings are uniform in size and appear to be some strange tasteless compound to imitate an actual onion ring. Fries have been lack luster since since 2011, when the change was made to abandon the best fries on the fast food market. Not crispy , just big and mushy. Dining room design is cold and uninviting. Staff was polite and efficient. If I had more time I would go to a steakhouse, cost about the same to dine.“

“The wings were good, especially dipped in teriyaki sauce. They offered several to try. I also liked the ranch dip with celery sticks. My friend really liked her parmesan fries, and my favorite are the funnel fries. My friend ate the 6 hot-honey-garlic fries, and took home 4 garlicky parm fries . She liked everything on her plate. We both really liked the Funnel fries with chocolate dipping sauce. Overall I was pleased with the food, and my Virgin Daquiri Strawberry. I will go back there again.“

“It's a modern Wendy's, which makes me miss the 80's ones. But, on a good note for this one, excellent service. There was an issue with my order and a short woman, I won't soon forget, took great care in fixing it. I think she must have been the/a manager. I didn't see anything wrong with other staff, but she was the one that helped me so she gets mentioned in the review, lol. I also love that this location has outdoor seating.

For clarity, my 4 stars are most people's 5's. I reserve 5's for places that are above their peer group competition.“

“My wife and I have eaten at the Dog Haus for years. The owner and employees treat us like family. The food, including desserts, is homemade and very delicious. Ribs are excellent. It’s your fault if you leave hungry, cause portions are generous. Overall a great place to have lunch or dinner.“

“Came through earlier and there was a mix up with my order. Which was fine. I come through everyday and they have great customers service but today really shocked me I work in food service myself. The lady there Christina notonly came looking for me to fix the issue. When I called back she knew me by name guessing from the BK app order. I just wanted to give a shout out to her for giving me the excellent customer service I've ever experienced. I was having a bad day and when I called and she fixed it like that it lightened my mood a lot. I come through everyday almost and will continue to come through.“

“First time visitors last Friday night, went back again tonight because the beer, food and service were so good! Nachos and cheese curds great. I got Smokehouse Burger both nights and husband said the wings are some of the best he’s ever had. Heather was our server both nights and was pleasant and helpful. Tanre came to our table both nights to make sure everything was great. Honestly sad we hadn’t found this gem sooner. Don’t hesitate to check them out, we will be back!“

“We asked our hotel front desk for a recommendation that had good cold beer and good food, she sent us here. It was a bit of a shock when we pulled up, but man it did not disappoint. The food and service (and beer) were all great, the best black and blue burger ever! Very reasonably priced as well. We will be back on our next trip through Parkersburg.“

cons: something in our orders are wrong nearly every time. At first I wrote it off as newer kitchen staff, but after this many visits it’s a little frustrating. Severely over or undercooked burgers, completely wrong pizza toppings, etc. the staff always handles very well which they totally get credit for!! but it makes for uncomfortable convos and waiting around for them to correct the mistakes

That is the only fault, otherwise this is one of our favorite restaurants in an area where I feel it’s hard to find truly good food“

“They allow a hostile work environment due to the GM on loves side allowing it since she has all the say so over the restaurant and the gas station. will fire people but promote the employee causing the hostile work environment. Night shift is always understaffed, the broiler does not work properly when cooking the meat and the store manager for Hardee's only hires females and turns down a lot of male applicants with fast food experience. They fiddle with time clock punches to avoid paying O.T. This is about the gas station/ restaurant in Plymouth, Indiana“

“Very well managed restaurant. I had a small issue, really no big deal or concern. The manager was quick to come to us and apologize, which wasn't necessary, but appreciated. It reveled her concern for the customers.
