They allow a hostile work environment due to the GM on loves side allowing it since she has all the say so over the restaurant and the gas station. will fire people but promote the employee causing the hostile work environment. Night shift is always understaffed, the broiler does not work properly when cooking the meat and the store manager for Hardee's only hires females and turns down a lot of male applicants with fast food experience.
