These are facts and not from anger. We ordered delivery. I got 5 onion rings in which 2 of them were tiny like a ring for your finger. I tried to call the manager and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I try to call back and they hang up on me!! My wife uses her phone and they answer. Do worth that what you will. The cooks knew they only gave me a joke portion and we had to pay extra for onion rings! I hope the employees are looking for other jobs because this place will close soon. So not order here. They are already in cheap mode and the customer gets the shaft. We are tired of being cheated so they can keep profit margins.

We have been sitting at the table we were sat at for 45 minutes and not one waiter/waitress has come to take our order or even check on us. I worked in customer service for 20 years so I always give a little grace but this is ridiculous. The staff is awful, the service is awful.

Waited 45mins to get a side SALAD - which would turn out to be the best part of the whole experience. This is hands down the Worst dining experience I've had to date - and we've gone to a Lot of restaurants over the years. How this place is open when they serve food that can't even compete with the DQ is beyond me. We weren't the only table to leave with most of the order behind, either. This place needs to shape up. The chicken was like rawhide. The cheese sauce was cold. The sandwich my husband ordered was made wrong and missing the sauce. The pretzel bites were cold And burnt (how does that happen? Oh wait, it SAT for the better part of an hour) the cheese curds were cold, the home fries - you guessed it - cold. The restaurant was cold, loud, and servers were unavailable or disinterested, or both. I will Never go back.

We didn’t have a great experience here earlier in the week. I don’t know if it was a staffing issue or what. We went back today and it was knocked out of the park! Atmosphere was great. Food was phenomenal. My order was spot on. The bartender Mel is top notch.

Our waitress was stretched thin but nice! The food came out wrong and cold. My salad was basically old lettuce overloaded with cheese. The chicken was so overly peppered it was spicy and dry. Probably the worst location yet. The bathrooms are in need of a good cleaning as well.
Are you in the mood for mediocre food? Are you looking for somewhere to spend like 40 bucks per person? Boy do I have the place for you! Look no further than your local Bdubs! It's pretty bad but I'll probably go back I'm sure.

Walk in to four girls playing behind the counter loud, asked me if i was dining in or carry out i’m with my dad told them dine in, the four girls proceeded to start yelling at one another about who seated a table last and that they over sat two other people yelling all of this, with no respect that a customer who is hangry just wants to be seated and not listen to a bunch of grown adults argue like kids. I walked in around 4:25 my dad and i check your cameras and make sure these children aren’t around one another while working.

Horrible service. Waitresses were very disrespectful. We had 4 babies/toddlers with us & they told us we were not allowed to put high chairs at the tables we were at. Other than the food being decent avoid this Bdubs.

Took a while to be seated when the restaurant was empty, proceeded to only bring out 2 of the three entrees. Sever got wings out to a table sat 30 minutes after their food before finally bringing out our missing wings, which were even comped and giver to us in a Togo container
