Consider avoiding on Thursdays (Bogo boneless) or go really early. Do not trust the times listed on the website or app for when the food will be ready. I ordered at 6:45 PM with 25 minutes until the promised order completion time of 7:10. Got to the store at 7:15 and did not get my order until 7:45. One hour after the order was placed. Inside the restaurant, the atmosphere was chaotic as employees struggled to keep up with the orders and the kitchen was “10 pages behind.” Tables were open and available, but they were smartly delaying seating people because they knew they wouldn’t get served. Need to extend the same courtesy to the app customers and show that your food will not be ready for an hour if that is the case.

Wings was crap, all the food was crap, my daughter order chicken strips from the kids menu and they were filled with pepper, they were so spicy she couldn't even eat them. My girl ordered a drink and it didn't have alcohol in it at all, I got a mechelada and I got a cup of tomato juice with a little beer on top, I drank the beer and could not drink anymore, it was

This place is disgusting when it comes to take out orders, and the people working the front desk tonight have the least amount of customers service I’ve ever seen. Seems the employees think it’s more of a hangout than a place of business. I’m glad to never spend my money here again

Pretty sure this was some pigeon meat or some kind of rodent. I have had nonstop Hershey squirts since eating at this location. Food was cold and overcooked at the same time somehow. Almost like they pre cook everything in the morning and then drown their wings in sauce as they’re ordered, hoping the sauce keeps the “meat” warm. The cooks in the back deserve to catch these hands or imprisonment asap. At least throw the damn things in the microwave. Y’all not even tryin

Our server Shannon was a gem! She was attentive and quick with her service. The building itself was well lit and clean compared to other BWWs we've been to. My wings were a bit on the cold side as was hubby's burger, but still delicious. Highly recommend their blended strawberry margaritas 🍹

Took about 15 minutes to be seated mind you it wasn’t busy at all Shannon came out and wanted us to be seated in the bar are even though all tables were dirty , so we declined and sat at a table in the regular dining area my daughter had a small spill Shannon walked by so I kindly asked for a rag and Shannon just rolled her eyes at me and walked away and I had to get another waitress attention to be able to clean up the spill . Once food came out fries were cold and wings had no sauce mozzarella sticks tasted old. Shame that a location that looks brand new has such shitty workers and terrible customer service
