Holy crap, this was the worst BDUBS experience ever. 15 mins to even get our drink order, almost an hour to get our food, the cheese curd appetizer portion size got cut in half, my wife witnessed our server leave the bathroom without washing her hands, the ranch cups were only a quarter full. First and last time at this location.

Genuinely wouldn't ever come back here. Let me make a list of things that were wrong... Ordered bone in, brought out boneless. Brought out bone in! Wrong flavor. Never refreshed drinks. Other order of boneless wings came out with wrong flavor. Boneless wings were tiny... Food took an hour to come out when it was hardly busy. Double charged the credit card. Had to ask a different server to get to go boxes. It was pure chaos and mayhem. I won't ever go back into this B-Dubs.

Absolutely the wost service and the smallest little wings I have ever seen. Our waitress was very rude. Buffalo wild wings has really went down hill and this is the last time we will spend our money here. There are better places with a lot better service.

Do not eat here my fiancé and I just left and are both very sick!! We both had chicken in our meal… The chicken must be bad!! When we arrived, we were given menus and told to walk to our seat without even being seated by a hostess. Our server was fine. She was the bartender, not her fault, but the food was Okay in the moment, but as soon as we started going down the road, we couldn’t even make it home without getting sick on the side of the highway. He had wings and I had the chicken wrap? something needs done! I wish I had read reviews that someone 5 days ago said they also had gotten sick from the food!

First of all, the food was hideous.Made me deathly sick . I had to ask for straw, Ask for napkins I had To ask for silverware. I can'. T believe that when you go to a restaurant You have to ask for napkins and eating utensils. Worst experience by far

Only the second time I’ve been to this location and have gotten crappy food like this twice. Also asked for the gms contact info and was told I had to leave my name and number so I did. Save yourself the time and headache and don’t eat here. Also sure they refunded my money and remade the food but took another 45min. Only good thing was I believe the waitresses name was Arien made it all right and got it fixed.

First let me give a big shout out to Natalee (yes, spelled correctly?) she made an average meal a pretty good one. My order included a large O-ring. Which when it came out, it amounted to only six rings. See pictures of original and later. She got me my order of wing squared away with a quickness. If it wasn't for her I would have not recommended.

I ordered a meal and the server only brought me a sandwich. The order came with 2 sandwiches and fries. They brought me the correct order when I was leaving, which I can't eat, because it got soggy. But yet got charged for full meal that I originally ordered, and didn't get when I was supposed to. So very disappointed with service. Very unlikely that I will return anytime soon
Check my granddaughter here for dinner her first time and she loved it.

Site says delivery was available for my address. Selected items to be ordered...Checkout...Says Pickup....Change back to deliver...DELETES ORDER! IF DELIVERY ISN'T AVAILABLE, DON'T TELL ME THAT IT IS AND THEN IT ISN'T!! NEVER AGAIN!!! I've had better anyway.

Take out, told I didn’t have time to go across the street…. 25 min later. Not a tough order - 10 trad wings PLAIN and a Cesar with plain…. Not sure but appears the just scraped the pre seasoned chicken (salad) AFTER the cooked it…. Was NOT busy, how do I know - SAT at the bar for 10 min before anyone even acknowledged me (hence the reason I decided on takeout).
