I went through the drive-thru wanting a frozen Coke. I asked for the largest frozen Coke possible but, it ended up being a medium one which was $1.79. I don't know how that was confusing to the cash register person. I also ordered a fish sandwich and that was very nice and hot and they got more tartar sauce for me. Thanks

The staff isn't friendly the lettice is bad stopped for lunch in-between clients cause their lines not bad but now I see why prices are higher than most and it wasn't worth it definitely won't be back

Got a Whopper and a Fish. They were good and fresh. Fries were hot and salted right.
We placed 2 #5 meals and we got 2 whoppers i said we ordered #5 and Chester said with a arrogant voice he will not argue with me and I had not said anything that would make him think I wanted to argue , So I ask the young lady serving food if she was management she said yes while the whole time Chester was right behind her listening to our conversation so I said I was trying to talk in private , she told me Chester was the store manager WOW!!!! I ask Chester to please show me a receipt where he put the money back on the credit card which was# order 41 .eighteen dollars and forty three cent and I don't see where it was put back on my mom's credit card.... Well the next thing I know Chester brought a receipt out to us saying he paid for it , I said thank you and I also apologized even though he was the one that should be apologizing but he didn't so, I think he needs some more Burger King schooling . If that's the way a store manager acts then what can you expect the employees to act... Thank you very much p.s. the whole time we were on dining room Chester was on his phone 02-03-2025 🙂💯✌️
Stopped in for a quick lunch with my wife. She got a Melt & onion rings, I ordered the Double Whopper. She liked her Melt well enough to say she will get one again. My Double Whopper, well, it was Hot, the toppings were crisp, the extra mustard and pickles kicked it over the top! It was ten times better than ANY Burger King in and around Columbus! The crew were nice and polite. Something that they could teach the BK's around C-bus!
