The place was very clean and like a fresh coat of paint. Bathrooms for clean. Food ordering and delivery was very good. The girl at the cash register was knowledgeable and was happy to help us. And that is something you need when you're making a long trip from Ohio. Going to North Carolina.

I love Captain D's . Was super excited to eat here as I was visiting from out of town. Service was great, employees were super friendly but the food wasn't fresh, not even warm. Cold fries are not a thing. Broccoli & green beans were hot but fish, chicken & hushpuppies weren't any good.
Food was awful. Called in the bad order and was given attitude. Went in 2 days later and somehow our replacement order wasn't "recorded" so we got stiffed on it.

I love captain D's it is one of my favorite fast food restaurants however the last time I was there we thought the slaw was spoiled. The recipe was changed. My husband likes everything and he spit his out. Every person that evening went up and complained about the slaw. It's just slaw so it's not a big deal. I still love captain d's though.

This is one of places my husband and I like to eat. There food is always fresh, crispy, not greasy and is ten times better than Long John. I went thru to get dinner, and when I got home the food is disgusting. It's greasy, tastes old, looks like it's been sitting all day, and the coleslaw isn't even cold. I do not know what's happened, but whatever it was, it needs to go back, I just threw $25 in the trash.

The sweet and sour was discontinued which I aways ate on my fish and the tartar is supposed to be refrigerated and it's spoiled if they don't bring bake the sweet and sour sauce I won't be back
