I have not dined at a Captain Ds in a very long time. We were glad to stumble upon this one while traveling. We had fish dinners. Mine had fries and corn while my brothers had fries and slaw. The fish was excellent. The fries were average. My corn was too wet but my brother said his coleslaw was excellent. The restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. Prices were decent.Restaurant was nicely decorated with beach like decor. They had senior specials on Sundays and maybe Wednesdays?...

The place was very clean and like a fresh coat of paint. Bathrooms for clean. Food ordering and delivery was very good. The girl at the cash register was knowledgeable and was happy to help us. And that is something you need when you're making a long trip from Ohio. Going to North Carolina.

I love Captain D's . Was super excited to eat here as I was visiting from out of town. Service was great, employees were super friendly but the food wasn't fresh, not even warm. Cold fries are not a thing. Broccoli & green beans were hot but fish, chicken & hushpuppies weren't any good.
