I waited 30 minutes for my food, and when I got it, it was ice cold, flies were flying around the employees and my food giving the environment a gross undertone. One employee overflowed my Blizzard, then slammed it on the counter, which sent the over flow onto the cup and counter. Tables weren’t clean, food was gross, and employees have no idea what they are doing never come to this place

Either hit or miss. Ordered 2 blizzards, got one and it was half full. Had to wait for ever for the second one. People who came in after us was getting thier orders. They was concentrating on the drive thru, and had at least 8 customers standing in line that was totally ignored. A few of them ended up leaving

I hate to be one of these people usually I’m a nice person but this place is so unprofessional honestly . 30 minutes for a small order (it was just sitting there) asked for large fries and got a small. Wanted to wait until later to eat our ice cream and when I went back to ask 3 people were standing there ignoring me while literally staring at me. On top of all that we received our ice cream slammed on the table with an eye roll.

We walked in and waited almost 5 mins for them to take our order. Not a big deal but then after we ordered we waited almost close to 30 minutes to
get both of our orders for 2 6pcs strip meals and then then 3pc strip meal. They were to chasing eachother around the back of the store as I was waiting on our food and then our 3pc got handed out to drive thru and then they said it would be 5 more mins on the chicken for that one. Then once we got our food and started eating a boy in a grey jacket came out and said since we did close 5
Mins ago will u all be out by 10:10 and I said yeh we would’ve been out earlier if we wasn’t waiting almost 30 minutes. I normally don’t complain but this was absolutely ridiculous and so was the dining room being dirty

Went through drive thru approx 11:15. Ordered Hot Fudge shake with Extra Hot Fudge which cost additional. .79 cents. Not only did it taste like I didn’t get the “extra “ but it tasted like it was was water down to half the original. Very disappointing.

It was crazy busy but Clarissa G. had an upbeat attitude and was very leveled headed even though it was chaotic. She’s a great team player!

I waited in the drive thru for 42 minutes for a burger, cheese curds and a brownie blizzard. The blizzard was made first so it was melted when the food arrived. The curds were all melted together and barely cooked. No tomato on burger. The brownie blizzard had NO brownies at all and far too many chocolate pieces. 42 MINUTES!! Very disappointed! A complete waste of nearly $15!
