Well, I hate leaving negative/bad reviews. I actually avoid it for the most part. Small portions, higher than average prices, and the flavor just wasn't there. Maybe my expectations were too aligned with other Indian places I've been.

The restaurant is now only open for take out or you can eat at a table with no wait service. And right now it's only open Thursdays and Fridays for Lunch and Dinner. The food is really excellent. The price for the lunch portion size seems a bit high for the quantity. BUT the quality of the food is really wonderful. Very authentic and delicious!!

I live an hour away from 5 rivers and my family &I have traveled several times for this most authentic Indian food. A local surgeon introduced it to me and since then we’ve been hooked. The flavors & spices used make each dish exceptionally good. If you like hot spice, they can really bring it too. Don’t be intimidated if never had Indian food. It’s absolutely delicious.Vince C.

Cute little restaurant in Galliapolis, interesting decor, awesome patio and environment. The food was absolutely exquisite! The Lamb Curry and rice were simply amazing! Fresh ingredients, and would highly recommend.

The service was great, friendly and helpful staff. Clean environment and relaxing decor. The flavors and spice level were good but it won't replace my favorite Indian restaurant any time soon. My only problem is the portion sizes. The portions of the main item were too small for the price being charged. They were good portion sizes for me meal-wise but for the price I expected twice as much food.

Great food but rarely open. We called at 16 minutes to nine...(when the sun doesn’t set until after 8) and we could not get a togo order. Sad and hungry ?
