This is a real fast food place, why can't people run fast food the right way

They were training a guy who was doing a good job at not showing his frustration. Once we got our food, we went up to ask for our drink cups and silverware and everyone was taking a smoke break we had to hollar "excuse me" and someone came up to help us. But the new guy was doing a good job keeping up with the line customers ? .

Everytime I go there .,they never have what I want,Won't make it right.like June 12,2024 at 2:20 pm.i want the 4 piece extra crispy wing dinner,well they never had it ,they replaced it with a leg and 3 thighs .not what I wanted I wanted white meat and all I got was dark and it was greasy.the wing dinner was 9.99 I added a coleslaw was 1.00 .but was changed 12 something. .so this K F C needs major help .There working not to please the customer .and if I pay this much for a meal, I don't need to be bullied from the staff .and need to be respected

We had an online order for 6 piece chicken 2 sides and biscuits. Our pick up time was 6pm. When I arrived the food wasn't ready. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and was told they were working on my order. Staff was kind and dining room was clean.
Placed a $50 order online for food that sat for over 25 mins prior to my pick up time, I asked to speak to the manager when another girl flipped out on me cursed at me and attempted to charge me like she wanted to fight but was restrained by her co workers Sad part is I called the owner of this restaurant Artust Nipp and told him of the incident. From our first conversation he made it out to be like it was my fault any of it happened I told him to check his cameras and that would back my side of the story and see how I was treated. he told me they don’t have cameras. It’s 2024 what restaurant doesn’t have cameras these days anyway the owner said he would call back once he investigated it. 2 weeks went by no call back so I called him and he basically told me I’m the one who was causing trouble when all I did was ask about why my food was ready 20 plus minutes before I was even suppose to pick it up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL his crew told him a completely different story and left out the part where I was cursed at and charged at, with “no cameras” it’s my word vs the entire staff there and he chose to believe them I would’ve expected the manager to be more professional and tell the truth but she didn’t. When I called him back he basically told me it was my fault and hung up on me. Real professional right? I even called right back and wouldn’t answer my call. I wouldn’t spend a penny at this place it’s disappointing to say the least of how my situation was handled and how I was lied on and made to be the bad guy but that’s ok I just won’t go back and I would advise anyone else to not go to this location in gallipolis because it’s operated by complete trash people including the owner.

Got meal dinner 12 PC and chicken tast funny. Late when I from in bottom bucket KFC chicken had been cooked in squarch oil. That's what gave chicken bad after tast.
