Nice people. We came around 8pm and the had to drop fish. It was not fully cooked.

Visited the one in gallipolis ohio silver bridge plaza the food all of it except the waffle fries was nasty and because I did an online order they wouldn't refund our money we go there 3 times a week not no more never again and the employees were rude when I called them I give them a rating of minus 5

Ordered a 8 piece half fish half chicken with fries and coleslaw.... they said it came with 8 hushpuppies but they forgot them or something... I really wanted my dam hushpuppies but I was traveling so can't go back and get them 😩 😫

Going back home to visit in lower WVa...staying in Gallipolis for the night. Across the street from our hotel was Long John Silver!!!! We had to go there! Establishment was cute, nice, roomy & the smells were amazing. We couldn't finish our food there was that much! If you are traveling in this area, stop in, you won't be disappointed with the smiles & say hi to ISSAC - he's definitely the most awesome cook & has the greatest smile!!!! Everything was beyond delicious & so filling, couldn't finish it - who doesn't love leftovers right!!!

Thank you to all the exceptional staff at this location on Route 7 in the Silver Bridge Shopping Center, Gallipolis, Ohio! Corporate really hit a home run with this Crew!!!

Drive thru has a rude girl who is impatient while you’re ordering and cuts you off to say she can’t hear you and then when you yell into the speaker so she can hear you she gets mad because you yelled and yells at you for yelling because she could hear just fine. She needs to make up her mind whether she can hear or not, and maybe look into other positions because she does not have the attitude and temperament for customer service.

Food was right out of the fryer fresh, but they forgot my drinks and when parking to go inside the woman was a bit arrogant about forgetting them. (We were the only ones in line) inside had one couple sitting eating.
