Our sausage and egg biscuit was hard as a brick and the sausage and egg McMuffin was the same way ... absolutely terrible couldn't even eat it won't ever go back to them again....

No matter what you order even if the drive thru is empty you always have to park & wait!!! If it's on your menu why don't you have it ready? Isn't this supposed to be FAST food? When you ask them y Kim responds with a snarky Have a good day & walks off! This isn't how u keep people coming back. Best believe I won't spend another penny at this location!!

The food was hot, but it took about 10 mins to get it kinda sucks when u only get a 30-minute lunch break
Quick cheap place to eat on the run but this one always messes up at least one item usually leave something u paid for off and I always have to go back in to get it . Never really clean and the employees think they deserve more than what there paid for crappy customer service . Lady at register was rude and very disrespectful

Got pulled for a single iced coffee. Crazy work lol plus the large lady at the speaker took a long time to take my order and did it with attitude. Hit or miss place, sometimes they’re super quick but sometimes you get unlucky and wait 10 minutes for an iced coffee. 😭😂😂

The anxiety inducing tones and beeps the employees are forced to endure penetrate into the lobby and make it unbearable to enter as a customer... I feel so bad to what this place forces on these workers.
