Unfortunately, to no fault of the particular location (maybe some of it is), McDonalds just isn't very good anymore. Prices keep going up, and the food keeps getting smaller and worse.
For $8+ for a medium combo, you aren't even guaranteed fresh fries (more often than not, you're getting old ones). The chicken sandwiches are noticeably worse than they used to be to the point where i dont even think about getting them anymore. McNuggets are similar to fries and seem like im getting old ones more often. We pay more, and they do less and less.
Most of the employees here have been good, with a few who are very friendly.

Stopped by here on my way to work to get myself and a friend a holiday pie to split, as soon as i get to work and pull it out of the box there is a black hair sticking out of the bread and the custard, literally stuck there. I called to let them know and to see if I could come back for a new one but the woman (assuming manager, didnât ask for a name just hung up after) responded this was âout of her control because they do not bake themâ and after i asked how it wasnât her fault since she served it and how it wasnât supposedly baked into it if they come out hot and she said âwhatever honeyâ. Horrible service, attitude

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE I ordered a holiday pie through the drive thru when I finally go to eat it there is a hair baked into the custard. When I called into the store the manager said âthatâs not our problem.â How is it not your problem when you literally bake them to serve them to customers. Then I asked how it wasnât their fault and she responded with âwhatever, Iâll replace it for you.â This attitude is terrible and I hope they do something about their managers. If you serve people food with something that is wrong with it then it is entirely your fault because you served it that way!!

Came in after a soccer game to treat my son. He dropped his ice cream started to cry. The staff was incredibly kind and quickly attended to us to help calm him. He ended up leaving happy. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

Food never right and they "claim" the shake machine is down but I know first hand that it's just because they don't want to either fill it or they've cleaned it already and don't want to do it again. I'm contacting corporate about it tomorrow!!!

Foods twice the cost and twice as tasteless as it was years ago. They also pay less than minimum wage when adjusted for inflation. Don't mess your order up nearly as much as rio grande location though
