Extremely poor management. The lack of professionalism and customer service I received from the “general manager” on the phone was shocking.
Please note: this store partners with DoorDash for deliveries, but refuse to give orders to DoorDash drivers if they don’t have enough pizza bags. My DoorDash driver had 1 pizza bag, but apparently my order “required” 2. I called and said I didn’t care and to please give my order to be delivered. I was told no, and then was told I couldn’t speak with the owner. Couldn’t transferred to a voicemail. Couldn’t speak with anyone else. Do not recommend!

Waited over 45 minutes past “pickup” window for pizza. Had 8 other people in the waiting area- with the one worker making pizza, and basically ignoring the customers waiting. Customer service was horrible.

Ordered two pizzas, stood in line for nearly an hour while they said our order wasn’t there. I had confirmation emails and it went through the bank. They checked the system and the shelf (multiple times) and kept telling us there wasn’t anything…. THE PIZZA WAS ON THE SHELF THE WHOLE TIME. Then, they shoved the pizza boxes in face and said “IS THIS THE RIGHT NAME!?” Not very good service or manners, let alone awareness.

The last time I was there I had the misfortune of Jennifer waiting on me. She is the rudest person in there she is rude to customers and staff. If she’s so unhappy maybe she should find a real adult job. I hate to go there because of her and many of my friends have shared the same experience with her
Ordering through the app is always my go to. When I go in to pick my order up everything is hot and fresh. The customer service is great and the staff is always kind. We enjoy their stuffed crust pizza and my husband loves the Papa Bowls. I would definitely recommend and I’m a repeat customer.

I ordered my food at 11 am got it at 1145. They handed the door dash person the wrong order. The order that she had was the same first names. So needless to say my food was cold. And that others ladies for will be cold also.

I've order here 3 times, I like papa johns . But this was the worst I've ever had there. Ordered buffalo boneless wings, they came with very little sauce on them. The pepperoncinis they came looked like someone cut them in half or took a bit of them. Above all it took for ever to get here. Very disappointed

I ordered parmesan garlic wings with extra sauce, they put No sauce on it. I ordered 2 packs of peppers, I received 2 in some foil. I called and told them about my half ass order, the manage said they would refund my card, well a week and day later, NO REFUND! Very Very Disappointing!
