The General Manager failed to rectify an order that was incorrectly prepared twice. The elderly lady at the window displayed a very impolite attitude. I am extremely dissatisfied as my food was never corrected.

If i could rate negative stars I would. This franchise location is absolutely ridiculous. I called 3 times because they messed up my order AGAIN. 5 out of the last 6 times I've ordered from here it's been wrong. The older lady working today Monday June17th 2024 is hateful and disrespectful towards customers. She also left my husband on hold for over 20 minutes before he hung up. We are currently waiting on a corrected pizza.

Ordered pizza online to be delivered because my car is broke down nd didn't have no other way to get food never got it so I'm done with pizza hut
Pre-ordered a large order for a birthday party hours before. When we showed up the said they had issues with something. Kept us at the window for over 10 minutes trying to get the order caught up. The lady actually handed 8 pizzas at once out the window. Lol, like that fits through a normal SUV’s window. Order was wrong and missing pizzas. Tried to call in just now and they said they can’t pull tickets up. So when they mess your order up , make sure and complain that night. Not the brightest crew of employees. F-
