While traveling in the area for the holidays my family decided to stop in for dinner. It took over 5 minutes before someone finally saw us & came & seated us. Maybe due to the employees yelling at each other. The waitress acted like we were bothering her when she had to come take our order. There was 8 of us in our party. We ordered 2 large pan pizzas the super supreme without green peppers & 2 large meat lovers add mushrooms. After 30 minutes they brought out the supreme pizza & they were made wrong. So we ended up having to wait for them to bring out new pizzas. By that time the other pizzas were cold. Not one time did we see a manager. The waitress kept rolling her eyes anytime the kids asked for something. Our drinks were always left emptied & would have to ask for refills. Considering we spent well over $100 dollars you would have thought that the service & the food would have been better. The family & I decided that if ever in the area Asian we will not be back ever. I've ordered from this location on and off for a few years now but recently when I call in my order I get ahold of some sort of foreign call center who I can barely understand are a little rude because of it and the most recent call they answered the phone left it off the hook and then hung up after a few minutes thankfully the next time I called a manager of the night answered and was very kind and polite

Visited on a Tuesday about 6pm. Minimal staff on duty. Only 4 dine-in. Lots of carry out orders. Staff was friendly and attentive once they realized we were waiting to be seated. I’m gf and so I ordered the gf crust. It’s a thin crust from Udi’s. It came out crispy and delicious. Wife ordered person pan pizza

As a working mom with kids, finding a place that’s both kid-friendly and consistent with great service is rare — but Gallipolis Pizza Hut nails it every time. The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, which makes it an easy choice when I don’t feel like cooking but still want a nice meal out with my family.
The staff here is amazing. Every time we come in, I notice how hard everyone works — they’re always cleaning, prepping food, helping customers — seriously, they never stop moving. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the food and the smooth way everything runs.
The food is always hot, fresh, and exactly what we ordered. And even when it’s busy, the team keeps a positive attitude and makes every guest feel welcome.
Out of all the places to eat in town, this is the one I keep coming back to. It’s family-friendly, dependable, and just feels good to support. Highly recommend!

My husband and I just moved here to Gallipolis, Ohio this week. Ordered our pizza and when we got home and opened the box there was a sweet message written on the inside. Thank you!..and we did enjoy our pizza!
