Restaurant was full of flys! Food was decent but constantly having to swat multiple flys away from your food isn’t great. Not sure how many flies may have been near or in the food 👎 will not be back!

The workers are very polite, and whatever I order is always good
Can't understand why they would have different flavors of ice cream but not make those flavors into shakes. Chili fries were okay. Nothing special. Service was just barely standard.

They're food is always good and store seems to always be clean but they have some of the slowest customer service,.....I just waited almost 20 minutes just for 1 container of soft serve ice cream.... don't plan to get food or a simple container ice cream here if you're in a hurry or time crunch at all! It's slower moving at both locations, and I really think the restaurant could benefit by teaching their workers time management and multi - tasking at a much faster pace....so people aren't waiting an unrealistic amount of time for simple small orders.
