Can't understand why they would have different flavors of ice cream but not make those flavors into shakes. Chili fries were okay. Nothing special. Service was just barely standard.

They're food is always good and store seems to always be clean but they have some of the slowest customer service,.....I just waited almost 20 minutes just for 1 container of soft serve ice cream.... don't plan to get food or a simple container ice cream here if you're in a hurry or time crunch at all! It's slower moving at both locations, and I really think the restaurant could benefit by teaching their workers time management and multi - tasking at a much faster pace....so people aren't waiting an unrealistic amount of time for simple small orders.

Hair in my ice cream and they replaced it with another ice cream and it still had hairs in it.The hotdog looked raw and it didn't taste like it used too inside was dirty and mouse poop . I do not recommend this place.

Being an actual consumer, they're food is actually an incredible deal. They have fresh, good quality food for less than the chain stores like mc d's and bk. The prices are what's great about here. Yesterday 3 big sandwiches, two shakes, and fries for 22$ can't beat it. Keep it up shake shoppe!

I order here all the time to get old fries. When I spend good money I expect good fresh food. Tip don't feed it to someone else if you're not willing to eat it yourself.

The burger was a fast food burger, if you get warm fresh fries they're great. Took forever to get my order and after waiting 15-20 minutes for a burger and fries the fries were cold. It's fairly dirty too.
