Monday 13th Went in for ice cream with my gf. We watched an employee with open sores on forearm handlinng food and ice cream, no gloves or covering The same employee, which later the manager confired, used dirty and soapy bleach water to clean off the cup and lid area. This employee is using the bucket of dirty bleach to wipe the top of the paper cup while the other employee, for the past 5 minutes prior to the cup incident is using this same bucket and rag to clean everything else. Counters, machines and etc We asked if that cup was for us because we are watching the same dirty, soapy and bleach covered rag being used to cleaned the inside rim area of the paper cup. The manager, insisted this the practice they use and are aloud to use daily. The manager had an attitude. The employee said they can make a new one. As the employee is throwing the ice cream out, the manager becomes rough with the employee, saying you didnt need to do that. After this, it progressively got worse. The manager made comments about how at this point, it was 30 minutes before close. That all we are doing is complaining. That he is going to call the police on us. Then proceeded to call the police, lies on the phone with the police. 1 employee says sorry then when the manager says something to her, she backs down. The manager claimed we were yelling, pouring ice cream on the floor (cameras in the store will prove otherwise), made a comment about other employees being uncomfortable. They definitely were visibly uncomfortable around him. No one was yelling from any side. Just really sad "customer service" from a "manager" because we didnt want to drink a milkshake with bleach. Trespass customers for wanting clean and safe ice cream. Even the police said they wouldn't have taken that milkshake that was made by them. Hopefully the owner sees this.

Restaurant was full of flys! Food was decent but constantly having to swat multiple flys away from your food isn’t great. Not sure how many flies may have been near or in the food 👎 will not be back!
While in there tonight to get ice cream the owners cute son was there with friends and what seemed to be a grandparent. He was helping ring up orders for his friends, which wasn’t the problem at all. Once, they got to adding making the cones, the owners son made his own, was using his fingers, licking them and then continued to add to it. After repeating this a few times the same cone was then dipped in the communal hard chocolate dip after he had double dipped with his fingers numerous times. Staff just said he was the owners son. I’m all for the owners son helping his friends and learning the business, but the right way. But I’m not for the owners son, nor anyone sharing all of their double dipping consciously and nonchalantly. At home this is fine, but in a public situation is not ok. If there are cameras, it’s all on tape. Won’t be going back again, if health department saw, would not be a good thing.

Can't understand why they would have different flavors of ice cream but not make those flavors into shakes. Chili fries were okay. Nothing special. Service was just barely standard.
