These people can’t ever get the food order right even when you go inside ever since they opened the rio grande location I’d rather drive 40 minutes to wellston this is ridiculous I pay money and they can’t get something as simple as no sour cream and no tomato’s

Gallipolis, Ohio is home to the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The employees are a joke. There is zero work ethic and they do not care. They keep the doors locked in the mornings up to an hour after opening time. They screw up orders all the time and are constantly forgetting to put all items in your order. They stand around the parking lot in groups of 3 or 4, manager included, smoking and complaining. The wait time is horrendous even for online orders, as ive had to wait anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. If you order through doordash, prepare to be even more disappointed, as they don't start the order until after a dasher shows up and usually has to tell them they have an order. This place is ruining the brand and I'm not shocked that they do less and less business as the days go by. Store owner should take a good look at the people destroying this brand.

They cant be bothered to take anyones order at the register, in fact they OUTRIGHT REFUSED to take my order... said I have to use their "kiosk" if I want to be a customer... Fine, I will NEVER be a customer again.
