Our food was done as ordered . The employees are friendly and the dining room was mostly clean. We miss the peach drink option. The dispenser for the drinks in the lobby is way too diluted. The food was hot and fresh. We will return but fix the drinks.

cashier thought her job was to argue with the customer over what a Baconator is.. if you go to Wendys.com and look up Baconator, it shows a double... not a single or a triple... so when a customer says they want a Baconator and doesn't specify a single or triple, give them the default without acting like a moron and arguing with the customer.

Went through drive through in Gallipolis, Oh. Tried to use a deal on the app. She refused to use it. Said the deal was no longer valid. I said "then why can I do a mobile order and it will let me use it?" So I told her to cancel my order and I would order it on the app. I did so, she then asked us to pull back around. We did. When we got back to the window, she said "you didn't check in by stopping at the speaker." ?!?We literally told her at the window less than a minute before that we had ordered it. So she pulled us forward. We sat there for 20 minutes until I finally went in to ask for my food. When we got it the sandwiches looked like they had just been thrown in the bag, not wrapped properly and upside down. i took them out to rewrap them and even though it was just made, the Dave's single was refrigerator cold. The manager, Christian, acted like it was a total inconvenience and was so uncaring and immature. no apology or anything.

Standing in line for almost an hour why the last girl taking orders is just standing there staring at ya not doing anything. And the food is cold. It's not right that we pay for food that is not cheap and it's cold , and we work hard for our money. So the food should be fresh and warm. Not cold sandwich and hard fries.
